INTOUCH SOLUTIONS HIRES VICE PRESIDENTS OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND CLIENT SERVICES IN KANSAS CITY OFFICE

KANSAS CITY (May 16, 2017) – Intouch Solutions is proud to announce the recent hires of Anne Brown, vice president of project management, and Julie Suntrup, vice president of client services. A leading marketing agency serving the pharmaceutical industry, Intouch has seen rapid expansion over the past five years. The addition of Brown and Suntrup further expands the 650-person firm.

“On behalf of Intouch Solutions, I would like to welcome Anne and Julie to our team,” said Faruk Capan, CEO of Intouch Solutions. “Both Anne and Julie possess a diverse range of skills that will benefit them as they lead our project management and client services initiatives respectfully. We look forward to watching them leverage their experience and help us achieve continued success in 2017 and beyond.”

As vice president of project management, Brown is responsible for setting strategic direction for Intouch’s Project Management department, which consists of more than 60 people. She also refines the business processes related to project delivery.

Brown has more than 20 years of experience, and most recently served as director, digital solutions at DST Systems, Inc. where she led a team of 25 and was responsible for centralizing the daily operations of digital support across all DST Financial Services digital offerings.

“I am honored to join this talented team of marketing and technology professionals who are so passionate about delivering innovative work to our clients,” said Brown. “On a daily basis, the Project Management Office strives to develop new and more efficient ways to drive value for our internal and external stakeholders, and I’m excited to lead such a smart and capable team in those efforts.”

Suntrup uses her 20-plus years of experience to excel as Intouch’s vice president of client services. In this role, she leads and mentors a team of account service professionals for a key client to ensure Intouch Solutions delivers work on time, on strategy and on budget. In addition, Suntrup assists with the business development efforts of the agency, applying her past experiences to help grow Intouch and add value to both new and existing client relationships.

Suntrup’s experience spans the CPG, retail and healthcare categories, and will benefit her as she transitions into the pharma industry. Prior to joining Intouch, Suntrup spent three years at VML’s headquarters in Kansas City where she led cross-functional, multi-disciplined teams in the CPG and retail sectors.

“This is a newly added senior-level role to the Intouch Solutions client services team in Kansas City, primarily to help fuel incremental growth, mentor the rapidly expanding account team and provide additional leadership to the organization,” says Suntrup. “My agency and client-side experience will offer up fresh thinking to complement the existing core management team at Intouch Solutions and build upon its success thus far.”
