Jess Salomon Headlines the Uptown Arts Bar, April 27th

Jess Salomon Goes (Mid)West

----- FOR IMMIEDIATE RELEASE ----- Jess Salomon is a Canadian comedian who moved to America just before the last election by marrying a Muslim-Canadian-Female-Comedian who wasn’t even really gay before. She considers this to be her greatest achievement. Now that she has a Green Card, Jess is bringing her very personal brand of political humor to America's finest cities and artistic spaces including the Uptown Arts Bar in Kansas City.

Jess Salomon has been touring Canadian and American comedy clubs, appeared in the Just for Laughs Festival, San Francisco Sketchfest, the Laughing Skull Festival and the Boston Comedy Festival. She also recently taped a television Gala for CBC TV (that’s like the Canadian BBC!). Her comedy has been featured on CBC radio and SiriusXM and her writing has appeared in, amongst other places, VICE, The Beaverton and The Montreal Gazette.

Come see Jess before she gets too famous to play small spaces for cheap OR gets deported with her Muslim wife!
