Boys & Girls Club to Host Summer Employment Job Fair HAVE FUN…TEACH AT THE CLUBS!
KANSAS CITY, Mo - The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City is seeking qualified teachers and youth development professionals to facilitate academic-based programming at the Clubs. The Clubs’ will hire close to 300 people to staff it’s “Atomic Blast Math & Science Summer Enrichment Program” to run in each of the six Club unit locations across the Greater Kansas City metro area.
Teacher applicants must be have a current Missouri teaching certification or teaching license. Youth development professionals must have a high school diploma or equivalent and one or more years experience working with youth in a similar environment.
Applicants wanting to apply should attend the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City’s upcoming Summer Employment Job Fair: Wednesday, March 22, 2017 4:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City, John Thornberry Unit 3831 E. 43rd Street Kansas City, Missouri
Interviews will be conducted on-site. Interested applicants should bring: •photo id (driver’s license or passport); •social security card (copies accepted); •current Missouri teaching certificate or license (if applicable); •printed and completed job application (download online at www.helpkckids.org).
Please note: Multiple openings for Teachers, Site Coordinators, Membership Coordinators and Group Leaders are needed for the Missouri sites and multiple openings for Group Leaders and Lead Teachers for the Kansas sites.
