Fisher Phillips Adds Associate to Kansas City Labor and Employment Law Practice

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (March 17, 2017) – Lauren M. Sobaski has joined the Kansas City office of national labor and employment law firm Fisher Phillips as an associate.

Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Sobaski was an attorney and human resource business partner with Paychex. There, she helped mitigate clients’ legal risks, drafted and edited investigation reports and provided customized training.

Having devoted her career to understanding the interplay between businesses and their employees, Sobaski pairs her employment law knowledge with her practical HR experience. She translates complex human resource matters into sound business solutions that comply with employment laws.

Sobaski earned her J.D. in 2015 from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in Kansas City, Missouri. Sobaski holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Bates College and a master’s degree in industrial organizational psychology from Kansas State University.
