JCPRD Summer Job Fair set for March 22

Start making plans for summer seasonal jobs when the Johnson County Park & Recreation District conducts a Summer Job Fair on March 22.

This event will take place from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, March 22, in the Johnson County Arts & Heritage Center, 8788 Metcalf Ave., Overland Park. No appointments are necessary for this drop-in event, and participants can visit with various department representatives about job opportunities, and apply onsite. No resume is required.

This fair will focus primarily on seasonal and part-time summer jobs for high school and college-aged workers, but adults who are looking for full-time work are welcome as well. Some examples of seasonal jobs to be filled include summer camp positions, lifeguards, concessions, sports facility maintenance, fitness instructors, and sports officials. Job sites are located throughout Johnson County.

For questions, call (913) 432-7773 or visit for current openings. JCPRD is an equal Opportunity Employer.
