The Whole Person to Celebrate Independence

KANSAS CITY, MO (June 25, 2016) — Monday July 23rd and Saturday, July 25, 2016, The Whole Person will be celebrating the 26th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in grand style with their 2nd annual July Jubilee.

On Saturday, July 23, 2016 The Whole Person will be hosting an All-You-Can-Eat Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser from 8:00 – 11:00 AM. For just $7 per person and $5 for children 10 and under, attendees will enjoy the sweet taste of Chris Cake pancakes and link pork sausage.

Saturday’s event will also feature a Makers Fair and Flea Market. From 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, handmade goods by KC Artisans, along with flea market finds will be available for purchase. We will also have feature performances that will take place on our “Community Stage” with local dance groups, singers and musicians.

VENDORS for the Market Fair and Flea Market can reserve booth space now for just $30. Booth space must be submitted and paid for by July 15, 2016. The number of booths spaces are limited, so sign up now! Vendors can sign up online at

The celebration continues Monday, July 25, 2016 from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. The Whole Person will be celebrating the 26th anniversary of the ADA with a live band, free food/drink, speakers, vendors, and a whole lot of fun! The “Community Stage” will once again host local dance groups, singers and musicians.
