The Bash Group Realtors Are Now Independent - With New Location
The Bash Group, one of Kansas City’s Top 5 residential real estate teams, is now an Independent Broker with new offices in Prairie Village at 3515 W 75th Street.
According to Andrew Bash, “The model for the Real Estate industry has changed. Home buyers and home sellers have more information and are more knowledgeable than ever before. They expect their Realtor to be an expert; a trusted professional that excels at the business of home selling and buying.”
Becoming an independent broker was a natural evolution for The Bash Group. Andrew Bash continues, “When we say, ‘Elevate your experience,’ we mean it. So many people have below-average experiences working with [Real Estate] agents. The Bash Group aims to deliver well beyond what a customer’s Real Estate expectations might have been – an experience that is beyond their wildest imagination.”
Exceeding expectations also leads to referrals and repeat customers. According to Bash, “There’s a reason we do more business per agent than anyone else in town, and more repeat and referral business than anyone else in town.
“The client wants his or her needs met: find me a house or sell my house,” says Bash. “But, meeting those needs in a way that exceeds expectations is the difference. The logo on the sign never matters more than the dedication and expertise of the agent who puts that sign in the ground.”
As for making the move to becoming an independent broker, Bash notes, “We will continue to have great relationships with the best Realtors in this market. There are good people at Keller Williams – and at other Real Estate agencies in Kansas City. We plan to work with the best of them. If it’s good for our clients, it’s good for The Bash Group.”
The Bash Group has been a perennial Top 25* Real Estate team since 2007.
