Platte County Historical Society Elects New Officers
NEW HISTORICAL SOCIETY OFFICERS INSTALLED
New officers and directors were elected and installed at the spring dinner meeting of the Platte County Historical and Genealogical Society, held Sunday, April 27 at the First Christian Church in Dearborn. Installed for one year terms were: Phil Schroeder, President; Ken Klamm, First Vice President; and Betty Soper, Executive Secretary. Sworn in for two year terms were: Lynn Cassity, Second Vice President; Rosie Wade, Third Vice President; Julie Wallis, Recording Secretary; Alan York, Treasurer; and Sue Hurd, Assistant Treasurer. Ann Jones will serve a two year term as a director, and Martha Noland, LaVerne Taulbee, Jim Kunce, and John Pottie will service three year terms as directors.
