NSPJ Architects announces staff promotions

NSPJ Architects is proud to announce recent key promotions within the firm.

Tim Homburg, was recently named Executive Vice President of NSPJ Architects. Tim has been with the firm since 1992 and has almost 22 years of industry experience working with Commercial, Retail, Multi-Family, Governmental, and a host of Residential projects. Tim now assists with the day-to-day business operations as well as continues to insure the firm's commitment to design and service excellence to our clients.

Clint Evans was also recently named Executive Vice President of the firm. Clint has been with NSPJ since 2005 and has over 21 years of industry experience. His strong involvement with Retail and Historic Adaptive Reuse projects and Urban Multi-Family projects adds to his growing list of specialties. Clint, along with Tim, is assisting with the day-to-day operations as well as increasing the firm’s branding.

Brick Owens, Cheri Beaver and Paul Staats have all been named Vice Presidents of the firm. Brick joined NSPJ in 2007 and brought 30 years of land planning, landscape architecture and urban planning experience to the company. Cheri, a longtime employee, has more than 30 years of experience and has focused primarily on residential projects. Paul, a son of one of the founding principals, began working for the NSPJ in 1986. He has worked on a wide variety of project types including commercial, industrial, office and residential. He has also served for many years as the Director of Computer Services.

NSPJ was founded in 1961 and is currently based in Prairie Village, Kansas. They have provided professional services for over 53 years in Commercial and Residential Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Interior Design. NSPJ has compiled a portfolio of over 5,400 projects spanning across the United States but primarily in the greater Kansas City area.
