Spirits Dinner at Dark Horse Distillery
Dark Horse Distillery is excited to announce they are hosting their first spirits dinner. The distillery is partnering with local chefs, Renee Kelly of Renee Kelly’s Harvest, Brian Archibald of Rosso at Hotel Sorella, and Carter Holton of Sasha’s Baking. The dinner will take place at the distillery on April 17, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. Guests will arrive to engage in an unique dining experience that includes incredible dinner courses paired with distinctive Dark Horse Distillery cocktails.
The courses include: -Petite Spring Vegetables with Blossoms and Chamomile Broth -Crispy Head Cheese, Slow Poached Farm Egg and Spigarello -Sweet Bass with Grilled Leek, Cabbage, Arugula and Hibiscus -Espresso Rubbed Lamb Loin, Braised Shoulder and Petite Vegetables -Breads will be Semolina Sourdough, Pain au Levain and Whole Grain Rye made from Dark Horse Distillery spent mash -A study of Chocolate Pistachio and Cherry will complete the 6-course meal.
A tour of the Distillery will complete the evening and will be given by Dark Horse Distillery’s Master Distiller, Patrick Garcia. Tickets are on sale now with limited seats available!
