Colliers International Announces Recent Transactions

Kansas City, Missouri (March 24, 2014) – Colliers International, a leading global real estate services and investment firm, today announced the following transactions.

Sales

(March 3, 2014) Karl R. and Catherine C. Williams, Trustees and Marjorie C. and Roy L. Schenck sold a 155 acre site located at Highway 40 and E 800 Road, Lawrence, Kansas to Fairway, LC. Marilyn Bittenbender SIOR, CCIM, Allison Vance Moore and Kirsten Flory of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Seller. The Buyer was not represented.

(February 20, 2014) J & J Enterprises, LLC sold a 22 acre industrial site located at 240 S 65th Street, Kansas City, Kansas to Brookwood Realty Company. John Stafford SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Seller, and Mark Long of Zimmer Real Estate Services represented the Buyer.

(March 5, 2014) Jeffrey E. Smith Homes, LC sold a 20.67 acre development site located at 3901 Peterson Road, Lawrence, Kansas to Marico Holdings, LLC. Kelvin Heck SIOR, CCIM, ALC of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Seller. The Buyer was not represented.

(March 3, 2014) Auto Truck Group, LLC sold a 15,200 square foot industrial building located at 1601 N Corrington Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri to ADGO, LLC. Cameron Duff CCIM of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Seller, and Joe Orscheln of CBRE represented the Buyer.

Leases

(February 13, 2014) RREEF America REIT II Corp, YYY renewed 72,504 square feet of industrial space located at 8340 Flint Street, Lenexa, Kansas to Broder Bros, Co. John Stafford SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International represented the Tenant, and Erik Lund of Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. represented the Landlord in the transaction.

(February 18, 2014) 13524, LLC renewed 8,100 square feet of industrial space located at 13520 W 107th Street, Lenexa, Kansas to Liquitech. John Stafford SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International represented the Landlord, and the Tenant was not represented.

(February 7, 2014) The Mission Bank leased 6,841 square feet of office space located at 5115 Roe Avenue, Roeland Park, Kansas to WH Griffin Chapter 13 Trustee. Phil James SIOR, Dan Bourk and Ross Simpson of Colliers International represented the Landlord, and Ray Sonnenberg CCIM of LaSala Sonnenberg Commercial represented the Tenant in the transaction.

(January 8, 2014) The Reuter Organ Company leased 5,614 square feet of industrial space located at 1220 Timberedge, Lawrence, Kansas to Hallmark Cards, Inc. Marilyn Bittenbender SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International represented the Tenant, and the Landlord was not represented.

(December 12, 2013) 96-OP Prop, LLC leased 5,230 square feet of office space located at 8700 State Line Road, Leawood, Kansas to National Marrow Donor Program. Pat Coppinger and Matt Stover of Colliers International represented the Landlord, and Bob Fagan of CBRE represented the Tenant in the transaction.

(February 14, 2014) Cedar Creek Development VI, LLC leased 2,638 square feet of office space located at 25501 West Valley Parkway, Olathe, Kansas to Blue Ocean Consulting, Inc. Kelvin Heck SIOR, CCIM, ALC of Colliers International represented the Tenant and Craig Eymann of Ambassador Real Estate, LLC represented the Landlord in the transaction.

(February 21, 2014) Chaudhry I. Wahla leased 2,620 square feet of retail space located at 815 Massachusetts Street, Lawrence, Kansas to Mobilosity, LLC. Allison Vance Moore of Colliers International represented the Landlord. The Tenant was not represented.

(February 24, 2014) Kent D. and Vikki L. Lindemuth leased 1,798 square feet of industrial space located at 2100 SW 6th Street, Topeka, Kansas to Nicholas Issac Padron and Henry Padron. Allison Vance Moore and Kirsten Flory of Colliers International represented the Landlord. The Tenant was not represented.

(March 10, 2014) 7230 Shops, LLC leased 1,375 square feet of retail space located at 7234 Wornall, Kansas City, Missouri to Waldo Vapes, LLC. Mark Arensberg of Colliers International represented the Landlord. The Tenant was not represented.

(March 3, 2014) Free State Business Center, LLC leased 1,290 square feet of office space located at 1201 Wakarusa, Lawrence, Kansas to Quantum Shift Physical Therapy & Wellness Center, LLC. Allison Vance Moore of Colliers International represented the Landlord. The Tenant was not represented.
