CALL FOR ARTISTS: The Downtown Peculiar Arts & Culture District (DPACD) would like to announce an "artmazing" opportunity for artists and food vendors.

The 6th Annual Clara Brierly WAM (wine, art music) Festival will be held Friday June 6, 2014- Sunday June 8, 2014 in Downtown Peculiar. Hours of operation will be Friday June 8, 2014 from 5 pm - 10 pm ; Saturday June ,7 2014 from 9:00 am (artists' breakfast!) - 10 pm and Sunday June 8, 2014 from 12 pm - 4 pm.

Artists enjoy VIP treatment, foot traffic enhancers (free entertainment for attendees and kids workshops), purchase awards, more face time with buyers in our smaller, less hurried venue, welcome bag and T-shirt, AC cool off space, balance of mediums and styles, lots of advertising and a staffed welcome booth. Inside booths are available on limited bases for Artists; outdoor artist booths covered by large tent. Food vendors enjoy exclusivity (only one kettle corn, one shaved ice, one hot dog stand, etc.). Current deadline is March 31, 2014.

While we have several artists signed up from out of the area and other states, we would love to showcase our local talent as well. Vendor spaces are filling up fast.

Artists and food vendors - please access booth form at www.downtownpeculiar.com, on Zapplication or call 816-806-3698 if you would like one mailed.
