Get lucky at The Eldridge on St. Patrick's Day
Lawrence, Kansas – On St. Patrick’s Day, Monday, March 17, 2014, The Eldridge hotel will showcase a special St. Patrick’s Day feast from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for all its guests.
Nicholas Haxton, Executive Chef at The Eldridge, and his culinary team created a special Irish tasting menu that includes Beef & Guinness Stew and Corned Beef & Cabbage in observance of this holiday at both TEN Restaurant and The Jayhawker.
“St. Patrick’s Day is a fun day in downtown Lawrence & including amazing food into the day sounds great to us!” says Nancy Longhurst, General Manager of The Eldridge hotel.
Not only will guests be able to feast upon tradition Irish dishes, but The Eldridge will also serve its signature March Cause Martini - The Gilded Shamrock. The Gilded Shamrock Cause Martini benefits Tiny-K Early Intervention. Three dollars from each Gilded Shamrock martini is donated to this non-profit organization.
We look forward to seeing you and your guests decked out in your favorite lucky green t-shirt at The Eldridge on St. Patrick’s Day for our special meal.
