MedTrak’s Overall Member Satisfaction Increases to 98%!

Overland Park, Kansas – MedTrak Services’ overall Member satisfaction rating is at 98%, which is up 3% from the previous year and much higher than the health insurance industry average of only 73*. In an industry that isn’t known for great customer service, this is a huge accomplishment.

“One of the biggest differentiators between MedTrak and our competitors is our commitment to providing outstanding customer service. MedTrak Pharmacy Benefit Advisors go through an extensive training process to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to answer our Members’ questions on the first call,” said Larkin O’Keefe, CEO.

MedTrak sends out an annual survey to Members asking them to rate their performance on a number of factors including overall satisfaction with MedTrak and MedTrak’s Pharmacy Benefit Advisors, and the performance of retail and mail order pharmacies. The survey also inquires about the Member’s experience when calling into MedTrak’s Help Desk and in particular, Members appreciate the fact that calls are always answered by a live representative rather than going through an automated system.
