Durrie Vision Announces Senior Leadership Changes CEO Names Chief Marketing and Chief Operating Officers
Overland Park, KS (January 22, 2014) – Durrie Vision CEO Harry Campbell announced today two changes in the practice's senior management team:
• Angie Beerup is Durrie Vision's new Chief Marketing Officer. In her new role, Beerup will oversee sales and marketing operations of Durrie Vision with a focus on further developing a world-class patient experience. She previously served as Executive Director of Sales and Marketing.
"Angie has a remarkable sales and marketing background with a proven track record of delivering profitable growth and customer service excellence in the field of elective medicine," said Campbell.
Dr. Daniel Durrie, Durrie Vision's founder noted, “Angie is recognized for developing strategies that have accelerated growth. In her career, she has built and maintained strong brands in the elective medical market. We're delighted to promote her to the CMO position.”
“I’m thrilled to expand my role within Durrie Vision," Beerup explained. "I look forward to further developing our patient experience from best in class to best in the field of medicine.”
• Tammy Crane has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. She is the practice's former Director of Medical Operations.
“Tammy Crane is a 23-year veteran in ophthalmology. She brings extensive operations expertise, a diverse set of leadership skills and a successful track record that we will leverage across our organization,” said Campbell. Tammy has been with Durrie Vision for more than a decade and has successfully carried many roles and responsibilities during that time.
Tammy noted, “This is an exciting time for Durrie Vision. I look forward to contributing to the organization's development and thank Harry Campbell and Dr. Durrie for their support and trust as I take on this new position.”
Dr. Durrie added, “Durrie Vision is in a position to capitalize on the strength and experience of our highly capable leadership team. Both Angie Beerup and Tammy Crane will report to Harry Campbell.
