Kansas City, Missouri (January 2, 2014) – Colliers International, a leading global real estate services and investment firm, today announced the following transactions.

Sales

(November 26, 2013) Innate, Inc. sold 261 acres of land located at 175th & Clare, Gardner, Kansas to Dry Land Crossing, LLC. Bob Galamba SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Buyer. The Seller was not represented.

(November 26, 2013) Kinban, Inc. sold 40.2 acres of land located at 194th & Woodland, Spring Hill, Kansas to Dry Land Crossing, LLC. Bob Galamba SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Buyer. The Seller was not represented.

(November 15, 2013) PAM-JJ Auto, LLC sold 0.81 acres of land located at 215 Rawhide Drive, Olathe, Kansas to WRL Investments, L.P. Rollie Fors and Ross Simpson of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Buyer, and Matt Dennis of The RH Johnson Company represented the Seller.

(November 8, 2013) United Bakery Equipment Company, Inc. sold a 31,840 square foot industrial building located at 15815 W 110th Street, Lenexa, Kansas to Himoinsa Power Systems. John Stafford SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Seller. The Buyer was not represented.

(October 31, 2013) Triax Properties, LLC sold an 11,700 square foot office building located at 9325 Pflumm Road, Lenexa, Kansas to Acord Cox & Company. John Stafford SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Buyer, and David J. Zimmer SIOR, FRICS of Zimmer Real Estate Services, L.C. represented the Seller.

(November 25, 2013) Midwest Block and Brick, Inc. sold an 8,109 square foot industrial building located at 8225 Monticello Terrace, Shawnee, Kansas to Westmor Industries, LLC. Cameron Duff CCIM of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Buyer, and Todd Weltmer of Parkway Real Estate represented the Seller.

(December 6, 2013) Transportation International Pool, Inc. an 8,000 square foot industrial building located at 3699 N Booth Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri to Auto Truck Group, LLC. Cameron Duff CCIM of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Buyer, and Michael Watson of Kessinger Hunter represented the Seller.

(November 26, 2013) SP Property Investments, LLC sold a 7,680 square foot industrial building located at 1201 W Old 56 Highway, Olathe, Kansas to Ka-Comm, Inc. John Stafford SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Buyer, and Bob Galamba SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International represented the Seller.

(December 13, 2013) Patrick E. Antonucci sold a 6,000 square foot industrial building located at 1510 E Spruce Street, Olathe, Kansas to SED Sports Properties, LLC. John Stafford SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Buyer. The Seller was not represented.

(November 22, 2013) MDL Partners, LLC sold a 5,000 square foot retail building at 9296 Metcalf Overland Park, Kansas to Foundation Investors of Overland Park, LLC. Kimberly Tranbarger and Drew Quinn CCIM of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Seller, and Mark Arensberg of Lane4 Property Group represented the Buyer.

(November 13, 2012) Charles H. and Teresa J. Marshall sold a 4,800 SF office building located at 5604 NE Antioch Road, Gladstone, Missouri to Kelly Acres L.C. Phil James SIOR, of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Seller. The Buyer was not represented.

Leases

(November 13, 2013) Zimmer Realty Company renewed 15,000 square feet of industrial space located at 4400 Clary Boulevard, Kansas City, Missouri to Ingersoll-Rand Company. John Delzer of Colliers International represented the Tenant, and David Zimmer SIOR, FRICS of Zimmer Realty Company represented the Landlord in the transaction.

(October 31, 2013) Wagner Industries renewed 13,090 square feet of industrial space located at 1110 Quebec, North Kansas City, Missouri to United Rentals, Inc. Cameron Duff CCIM of Colliers International represented the Tenant. The Landlord was not represented.

(October 1, 2013) Westroads Limited Partnership leased 9,838 square feet of industrial space located at 14371 W 100th Street, Lenexa, Kansas to KK-Electronics U.S. Inc. Tom Haverty of Colliers International represented the Landlord, and Joe Accurso SIOR of Kessinger/Hunter & Company represented the Tenant in the transaction.

(December 6, 2013) BP Market Square, LLC leased 4,000 square feet of retail space located at 3612 W. 135th Street Leawood, Kansas to Emler Properties, Inc. Kimberly Tranbarger of Colliers International represented the Landlord, and Adam Lyngar of CBRE represented the tenant in the transaction.

(November 30, 2013) Lindemuth, Inc dba Gage Shopping Center leased 2,420 square feet of retail space located at 1301 SW Gage Boulevard, Topeka, Kansas to Dorothy M. and William O’Mara. Allison Vance Moore and Kirsten Flory of Colliers International represented the Landlord, and Austin Bikle of Discount Retail Store Services represented the Tenant.

(November 15, 2013) DST Realty, Inc. renewed 2,321 square feet of office space located at 4900 Main Street, Kansas City, Missouri to The Curry Family Foundation. Phil James SIOR of Colliers International represented the Landlord. The Tenant was not represented.

(November 12, 2013) Wak2012, LLC leased 2,254 square feet of retail space located at 1520-1540 Wakarusa, Lawrence, Kansas to Painted Kanvas, LLC. Kirsten Flory of Colliers International represented the Tenant, and Callie Laue of Block Real Estate represented the Landlord.

(December 13, 2013) Deer Brook Plaza, LLC leased 1,750 square feet of retail space located at 1175 N.E. Rice Road, Lee’s Summit, Missouri to Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio. Kimberly Tranbarger of Colliers International represented the Landlord. The Tenant was not represented.

(October 22, 2013) Board of Trade Investment Co. renewed 1,200 square feet of office space located at 4800 Main Street, Kansas City, Missouri to Shay Grain Company, Inc. Pat Coppinger and Matt Stover of Colliers International represented the Landlord. The Tenant was not represented.

(November 25, 2013) Board of Trade Investment Co. renewed 1,187 square feet of office space located at 4800 Main, Kansas City, Missouri to Sonas Financial Group, Inc. Pat Coppinger and Matthew Stover of Colliers International represented the Landlord, and Gary O’Dell of Jones Lang Lasalle represented the Tenant in the transaction.

(November 1, 2013) Lindemuth, Inc. leased 1,189 square feet of office space located at 823 SW Topeka Boulevard, Topeka, Kansas to Alpha Marketing Group. Allison Vance Moore and Kirsten Flory of Colliers International represented the Landlord. The Tenant was not represented.

(October 12, 2013) 96-OP PROP, LLC leased 1,037 square feet of office space located at 8700 State Line Road, Leawood, Kansas to Nicole L. Feltz Agency d/b/a American Family. Pat Coppinger and Matt Stover of Colliers International represented the Landlord, and Travis Helgeson of Kessinger/Hunter & Company represented the Tenant in the transaction.

(November 12, 2013) Katherine Jean McElroy Living Trust renewed 916 square feet of office space located at 4106 West 6th Street, to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. Allison Vance Moore of Colliers International represented the Landlord, and Braden Berkley of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the Tenant in the transaction.
