Dr. Cass Butler named midwest regional director at Webster University

Welcome to Dr. Cass Butler who will serve as director of the Midwest Metropolitan Region and director of the Kansas City campus. She has more than 10 years experience in a variety of roles in higher education administration and leadership, including admissions, enrollment, corporate outreach and operations leadership.

"As the new regional director at Webster University in Kansas City, I have immersed myself in this vibrant, academic culture and made it a top priority, along with our faculty and staff, to help our future graduates prepare themselves for demanding careers in industry. Without the support and guidance of a couple of committed and passionate administrators back when I was pursuing my degrees, I would not have been able to achieve my own educational and career goals. I am delighted and feel compelled to be able to help motivated learners in any way that I can," says Dr. Butler.

Most recently with DeVry University, Dr. Butler directed and managed the hiring and training of faculty, student finance, registrar support and supervised admissions staff.

"Dr. Butler brings a wealth of experience to this position," says Carol Adams, associate vice president, Academic Affairs. "I am certain she will have a positive impact on the Kansas City campus and on the campuses in the Midwest Metropolitan Region."

Dr. Butler holds a PhD in higher education administration from Saint Louis University and a master´s degree in management from Bellevue University.
