About Xseed in Life™, Founded in 2011, members are a diverse community based network of professionals, educators and business owners, who came together for the purpose of evolving the urban population. Xseed in Life™ operates under 501c3 status and as a Missouri non-profit corporation. Xseed in Life™ aims to plant seeds of education, motivation, and training into the urban community. By redefining identity, establishing jobs, developing environmental changes, enhancing social skills, and work ethic we will mentor and nurture these seeds, assisting in the growth the economy in the Greater Metropolitan Area of Kansas City. We have the tools to renovate the Urban Community from all sides, making a bigger impact in the Urban Population. Planting seeds of education, self-empowerment, situational appropriateness, and job skills is the first step of the program. Nurturing personal development, health awareness, constructing a plan, and purpose are the second steps in the growth of the community. Finally, reinforcing the strength and unity of the community through networking, business incubators, and following the giving back principals outlined in the Xseed in Life™ program, makes our organization more than capable of fulfilling the needs to give our races the same opportunities for social mobility which has never truly been done before. Xseed in Life™ looks to celebrate the success of local businesses and introduce them to other portions of the community. Anthony Olusegun Dedmon, the founder and executive director, “Rather than just spending our funds on the typical franchises in the city, let's support a local business owner. Chico's Chicken is reaching out to assist the community and gives students a place to get assistance in their school work. Xseed in Life and the Music and More Foundation would like to show appreciation and thanks to Chico's Chicken for the opportunity to come together for the celebration."

We invite all of Kansas City to celebrate with us at our fundraiser on November 30th. A Portion from your dinner purchases will aid in expanding our programs.
