LEES SUMMIT, MO— The ReDiscover the Holidays Homes Tour will be held on Saturday, November 16 from 10am to 5pm and Sunday, November 17 from 11am – 5pm. Seven stunning homes in Lakewood Shores, Woodland Shores, and Windsor Estates areas of eastern Lee’s Summit have been selected for the popular tour. Celebrating its tenth anniversary, the tour benefits the children and families served by ReDiscover.

The talents of Kansas City’s top designers and florists will dazzle attendees as they imprint their unique style signature on each private residence. “Our brilliant designers surprise us every year with their one of a kind décor. It is so much fun to see the faces of our tour guests as they enter the homes and see the holiday decorations for the first time,” says Kathy Hughes, Event Chair. “Special features such as a custom designed wine cellar and a Gentleman’s Library are sure to be tour favorites and many of these homes have spectacular outdoor living areas to add to their magnificence.”

As part of the 10th Anniversary celebration, a luncheon will be held at the historic Longview Mansion on Thursday, November 14 from 11am – 1pm. A panel of experts, including HGTV’s Design Star Jennifer Bertrand, a local chef and a wine connoisseur will be giving attendees entertaining tips for the holidays. Guests will have an opportunity to get an early start on holiday shopping at the silent auction that will include exquisite spa packages and unique treasures. Tickets to the Celebration Luncheon are $150 and include a ticket to the Homes Tour. Advance reservations are required. Call 816.347.3215.

Tickets to ReDiscover the Holiday Homes Tour are $25 and can be purchased at any Metro Hy-Vee or online at rediscovertheholidays.com. Tickets are $20 for groups of 10 or more. For more information visit rediscovertheholidays.com or call 816.581.5800.
