K.C. Police Credit Union Membership
K.C. Police Credit Union is proud to not be a community credit union; we are a closed-membership credit union for those who protect the community. KCPCU is the only credit union in the Kansas City area dedicated solely to First Responders and their family members.
Who can join the K.C. Police Credit Union? Any active or retired law enforcement, fire, EMS, civilian employee, and their family members anywhere in the state of Missouri as well as Johnson, Wyandotte, and Leavenworth counties in Kansas.
Originally founded by members of the Kansas City Missouri Police Department in 1934, KCPCU has grown to serve more than 9,000 members. Despite all of the changes over these 80 years, the principles of financial responsibility and member service established by our founders still remain the same.
