Hollywood Casino adds new menu items for October-November


KANSAS CITY, Kan. – Hollywood Casino and its restaurant chefs reveal the flavors of fall with specific menu items using fresh seasonal ingredients. Three restaurants at Hollywood Casino will feature the seasonal menu. What better way to welcome the new fall season then with an appetizing menu complete with your annual favorites?

Final Cut Steakhouse, this restaurant at Hollywood Casino, will start you off fresh with their Bibb Lettuce with Figs salad. This item has crumbles of maytag bleu cheese, scattered with candied pecans, and quenched in cranberry honey vinaigrette for $7. The Butternut Squash Ravioli drizzled in sage and brown butter is $9. Finally, Final Cut offers the exquisite Pan Seared Duck Breast with fig port wine sauce and a side of sage cornbread stuffing for $26. Reservations are suggested. Final Cut Steakhouse is the premiere upscale fine dining restaurant at Hollywood Casino at Kansas Speedway. The restaurant, which opened in February 2012, specializes in specialty dishes, steaks, homemade pastas, seafood and shellfish. With a lengthy and discriminating wine list, the restaurant offers an iPad wine menu for all diners to review the wine list as well as wine notes and wine descriptions at the table. The ambiance is created as diners sit among displays of the best of Hollywood's past movie memorabilia and look out through the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Kansas Speedway racetrack.

Turn 2 Sports Bar & Restaurant will feature three fall entrées to its menu items. First, Maple Sausage with grainy mustard on a pretzel roll is $6.99. The White Chicken Chili is $4.99. In addition, Bleu Bacon Bison Burger on a toasted brioche bun will make its way on the menu for $10.99.

Turn 2 is located up the escalator off the casino floor and offers sweeping views of the Kansas Speedway. The sports-themed restaurant offers dozens of TVs, a lounge setting, live music stage and a superior casual menu.

Marquee Café also will offer three new entrées to its menu items. The Spinach Salad doused in warm bacon dressing with egg, bacon, and mushrooms is $7.99. Next, there is the Pecan Chicken with lemon butter topped with bacon and onion sage-cranberry dressing for $9.99. Lastly, Marquee Café will offer Country Fried Brace of Quail alongside mashed potatoes with country gravy and cranberry pear chutney for $12.99.

Marquee Cafe is a casual contemporary restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner offering American favorites and a few delicious surprises from the chef. With hearty meals, lighter fare and delicious desserts, the chefs at Marquee Cafe meticulously created a menu that appeals to all tastes and includes dishes such as fried chicken and waffles, build-your-own cheeseburger, fish and chips, pork tenderloin sandwich, prime rib, omelets, Mediterranean shrimp salad and much more.
