Price Chopper Agrees to 3-Year Partnership with FCCJC
Price Chopper has recently joined forces with the Football and Cheerleading Club of Johnson County (FCCJC) as a Champion Plus Corporate Partner. This new and exciting relationship will impact youth from all over the Greater Kansas City and outlying areas in several important ways. First, through a scholarship program Price Chopper will help provide economic support to area youth wanting to participate in FCCJC programs that might not otherwise have the financial means to do so.
"One of the components of the three-year partnership about which we are most excited is that FCCJC will use a portion of our sponsorship towards a player scholarship program" said Peter Ciacco, President of Price Chopper Enterprises. "No Kansas City child should have to be turned away from youth sports for financial resources. We commend FCCJC for providing scholarships and we are happy to be a part of that."
Price Chopper also has agreed to provide catering services for various FCCJC events as well as supporting camps and other youth programs by providing bottled water and snacks. Price Chopper’s logo will be proudly displayed on various FCCJC program materials, including flyers, youth t-shirts and in designating a field at the Heritage Park Football Complex as the Price Chopper Field.
“Price Chopper is very pleased to have partnered with Football & Cheerleading Club of Johnson County. Participating in youth sports benefits our kids in so many ways…teaching them about teamwork and good sportsmanship, providing a fun outlet for them to expel some energy, contributing to good overall health, and more," said Casie Broker, Director of Marketing, Price Chopper Enterprises.
“FCCJC is proud to enter into partnership with Price Chopper and appreciate their contributions and shared vision with our organization.” Charlie Middien, Chairman, FCCJC Executive Board of Directors.
