Sprint’s Sandy Price to present program in Overland Park Chamber’s Executive Leadership Series
Sandy Price, Sprint’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources, will be the featured speaker in the next installment of the Executive Leadership Series offered by the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in the unpredictable telecommunications industry, Price will share her thoughts on “Leading Through Change.” The breakfast program is 7:30-9:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 22 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Kansas City-Overland Park, 10100 College Boulevard. In her presentation, Price will discuss the capabilities she and other Sprint executives rely on to manage a dynamic workforce, as well as leadership strategies to help employees navigate through change. With a passion for mentoring, Price also will talk about how personal and professional development opportunities for employees are a critical component to any company’s success. Price is the highest ranking woman executive at Sprint. Supporting an employee base of nearly 40,000, Sandy is responsible for all human resources initiatives at Sprint, including compensation, benefits, staffing, employee relations, training, development, and talent management as well as flight operations.
