Central Exchange congratulates win|win board members
Kansas City, MO – Central Exchange congratulates the new 2013 win|win Board of Directors. Board members are as follows: Denise Kruse, CEO/Owner of AdamsGabbert; Nancy Mellard, Executive Vice President & General Counsel CBIZ Employee Services Division; Jeanette Prenger, President of ECCO Select; Terry Bassham, President and CEO of KCP&L; Joan Cohen, Independent Consultant; David Fowler, Retired Managing Partner of KPMG; Jim Heeter, President and CEO of Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce; Susan L. McGreevy, Partner of Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP; and CiCi Rojas, Executive Director of win|win and CEO of Central Exchange.
“This is a very important step in executing on the mission of win|win,” says Nancy Mellard, Chair of win|win and Chair-Elect of the CX Board of Directors. “With our Board now in place we are well positioned to build on the successes of win|win and strengthen our goals to increase gender diversity in C-suites and boards of directors in Kansas City.”

Murtlow, President & CEO of the United Way of Central Indiana and former President and CEO of Indianapolis Power & Light, as a second woman to serve on our company’s Board of Directors. As a corporation we realize that there is a direct correlation between gender diversity on boards and corporate performance,” explains Terry Bassham, President and CEO of KCP&L.
Central Exchange is leading a campaign called win|win to increase gender diversity at top area companies. The goal is to increase women on boards and in C-suite roles to 20%.
Central Exchange has two locations: Downtown Kansas City, Missouri and Johnson County, Kansas. Central Exchange provides the venue and voice for women seeking to reach their full personal and professional potential. With over 400 programs a year, Central Exchange is making a difference for women in all stages of their lives.
