Atronic Alarms Receives Five-Star Dealer Award

June 19, 2013 (LENEXA, KANS): ?HAI by Leviton announced this spring that Atronic Alarms, Inc. was one of the recipients of the 2013 Five-Star Dealer recognition program. The Lenexa based alarm company has received the award each consecutive year since it's inception in 2001.

"We have proudly carried and supported the Omni line of security and home automation products since the early 90s," said Todd Harrison, operation's manager of Atronic Alarms, Inc. "HAI was one of the first pioneers on the remote aspect of home management by providing homeowners with the technology to control their security system over a telephone line."

The program was initiated to recognize and reward select outstanding dealers based on various criteria including the number of years installing the systems, number of systems installed and unique marketing or programming solutions that involve HAI by Leviton products.

Harrison said that over the last several years other quality minded manufactures have developed home automation systems that focus on user experience and are also economically priced.

"The Honeywell Lynx Touch, for example, is a great entry-level system for people who want the experience of home automation, like automating lights and t-stats, and allows remote management through any web-enabled mobile device . . . all without a large initial investment," Harrison said.

Home automation systems have always been popular with Atronic's clientele because of lifestyle ease and energy savings associated with owning one. But with the growing popularity of the internet (as people can connect to their systems through smartphones and etc.) and because development of technology has brought them to a more affordable level, home automation is becoming more of a standard feature in today's home.
