The four-day festival, June 20-23, will offer numerous live and recorded performances at the Cinemark Palace on the Plaza, the Tivoli Theatre and other venues in Kansas City.

Joining the Right Between the Ears cast for this special performance will be Phil Proctor, a founding member of the legendary comedy troupe The Firesign Theatre; and Barbara Rosenblat, a star of Broadway, TV and audiobooks.

Phil Proctor is a 45-year member of the thrice-Grammy-nominated Firesign Theatre, featured in such classic comedy albums as Don't Crush That Dwarf, Hand Me the Pliers and I Think We're All Bozos on This Bus. Weekly, Drama Critics, Free Press and Back Stage Magazine and has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for his role as Howard in the 3-time Emmy-winning Rugrats. Phil has played on-and-off Broadway, in regional theatres throughout the U.S. and Canada, and in Los Angeles at The Mark Taper Forum, South Coast Rep, the Falcon Theatre and the Theatre @ Boston Court, and is a 15-year member of the prestigious Antaeus Classical Ensemble in North Hollywood.

Phil's numerous film credits include the Dr. Dolittle series, Finding Nemo, Toy Story and the new black comedy Window of Opportunity. He portrays the evil Dr. Vidic in the blockbuster Assassin’s Creed game and the Benefactor in the hit series Arrow on CW, as well as numerous roles in L.
