NOWA Technology Brings On International Engineering Executive, John H. Robinson As President
PRAIRIE VILLAGE, KS. – Richard Nelson, Chairman of NOWA Technology is pleased to announce the appointment of John H. Robinson as the firm’s new President and CEO. Mr. Robinson brings 40 years of experience in engineering, much of it as senior management in the areas of the environment, water and wastewater.
After a distinguished career at Black & Veatch where he was Managing Partner and Vice Chairman, Mr. Robinson moved to England to become Executive Director of Amey plc and Chairman of EPC Global Ltd. In 2004, he returned to Kansas City as Chairman of Hamilton Ventures LLC.
Mr. Robinson will be responsible for all aspects of NOWA’s domestic and global market development initiatives as well as overseeing the firm’s business operations. As a proven leader worldwide, Mr. Robinson will provide NOWA access to potential clients on a global scale.
One of Mr. Robinson’s first responsibilities was to host a delegation from Abu Dhabi, a member of the United Arab Emirates. The group included Mr. Omair Al Dehari, one of NOWA’s partners in the Middle East. NOWA is currently expecting a Saudi Arabian delegation in Kansas City in August.
NOWA’s patented wastewater residual technologies are attracting significant attention due to its environmentally sustainable and economically feasible solutions to the global problem of bio-solids (sludge).
Disposal of sludge from wastewater treatment is a persistent challenge and expense in cities around the world. NOWA Technology has developed a patented sludge treatment process that is unique in that the only end products are a high-grade soil conditioner/fertilizer and oil. There is no waste remaining after the NOWA process.
