Environmental Author Bill McKibben at Colonial Church on Sunday, April 14 at 7pm

Global climate change is our new reality. Human beings are going to need to adapt. Bill McKibben is a founder of the grassroots climate campaign 350.org. Time Magazine called him 'the planet's best green journalist' and the Boston Globe said in 2010 that he was 'probably the country's most important environmentalist.'

On Sunday, April 14th at 7pm at Colonial Church in Prairie Village (7039 Mission Road) Bill will be appearing live via Skype for conversation on the important issue of climate change. There is no cost for this event. Bill will be presenting and taking questions from people.

Colonial Church is also hosting a dinner at 6pm prior to Bill’s presentation. You may register for the dinner at http://colonialucc.eventbrite.com?s=12879146.
