Youth group stages play at Kauffman Center

Kansas City, Mo. – As a part of its annual National Week of Prayer for the Healing of AIDS, Calvary Community Outreach Network (CCON) and its youth group, HYPE (Helping Youth Plan for Excellence) is presenting, The Lot…Where things happen, “The Lot is a dramatic stage play written, produced and performed by a cast of metro-area youth,” said Rev. Eric Williams, Founder & CEO, CCON.

Co-Director, Brenda Williams states, “The youth wanted to produce a stage performance that has family-fun, drama and contains an important message that crosses race and gender lines; think about your decisions and each choice has consequences.”
