99.7 THE POINT TO BRIGHTEN VALENTINES DAY FOR THE KIDS OF CHILDREN’S MERCY HOSPITAL WITH THEIR OWN VALENTINES CARD SHOWER (Kansas City, Missouri / February 14, 2013) Over the last month, 99.7 The Point has invited listeners to create their own homemade cards for children who won’t be able to collect their own Valentines at school – and The Point’s listeners have responded in a BIG way, with over 5,000 cards. Many school groups, scout troops, and businesses have participated in this annual event; we invite you to come see the wrap-up as the kids pick out their Valentines on Thursday afternoon.
