Kansas City, Mo. – The DOWNTOWN EXPRESS NETWORK® of the American Business Women's Association (ABWA) and the Optimist Club of Kansas City invite individuals within the community to attend its “Counter Attactics” workshop instructed by Bob Thurman on Thursday, Jan. 31st, at the Ramada Inn, 1601 N. Universal Ave, Kansas City, MO from 5:45 to 7:45 p.m.
If you’ve ever been concerned for your personal safety, come and learn simple but powerful ways to protect and defend yourself.
“Bob Thurman brings a unique combination to the field of personal protection training. Having been featured on ABC Wide World of Sports, NBC Sports World, ESPN, covered by Sports Illustrated Magazine, and appeared with Chuck Norris in "Walker, Texas Ranger", he brings a dynamic presentation to a wealth of martial arts and self defense experience. As a result, Counter Attactics programs are dynamic, informative, and specific to the needs of individuals and organizations.” http://counterattactics.homestead.com/main.html
