Enterprise Center of Johnson County presents business franchising Workshop
Can franchising your business create the success of your dreams? Join us as we walk thru the pros and cons of expanding your business concept through franchising versus other methods of growth and expansion and some key factors to help you determine whether or not your business can expand through franchising.
Basic requirements for any new franchise system will be covered as well as how to choose a growth strategy that is right for your business concept. Also addressed will be the most common questions that are received from new franchisors and explanations of how franchise laws can impact your expansion plan. This workshop will be presented by John Moore and Don Culp of Husch Blackwell. Husch Blackwell's Franchise & Distribution Practice Group focuses on the design, implementation, financing and maintenance of franchise and distribution systems and provides proactive counseling to franchise and distribution clients. Don is recognized as a leading franchise and distribution attorney, representing large and start-up franchisors and manufacturers in product and services industries.
