Proud to be Miss Kansas City

For more information regarding appearances or sponsor opportunities contact Sequita Richardson qtrichardson@hotmail.com. This year marks a year of major accomplishment for 14 year old Kansas City girl Victoria (Torie) Richardson. This proud freshman at St. Teresa's Academy competed in the National American Miss Pageant in August of this year in Columbia Missouri where she was awarded a position among the top five of over 100 girls; making her a part of the Missouri Queen's court and City Queen in the Jr Teen catagory. She also earned a position in the Spokes model Queen's court with her power packed speech about a simple smile. Torie was invited to participate in the National Pageant in Anaheim California in November. It is there she received her Miss Kansas City banner and proudly represented both our city and state. Miss Kansas City is looking forward to continued community service as our city queen and is on tip toe anticipation about competing for the Missouri title in August of 2013. National American Miss is not a beauty pageant. It is a pageant experience where girls gain an opportunity to build poise, self confidence, and valuable communication skills.
