Colliers International announces recent transactions

KANSAS CITY, Missouri (December 21, 2012) – Colliers International, a leading global real estate services and investment firm, today announced the following transactions.

Sales

(December 14, 2012) SWBG Development sold 1.90 acres of land located at 450 NE RD Mize Road, Blue Springs, Missouri to Timothy W. Hickok. John Stafford, CCIM of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Buyer, and Linda Pool of Realty Executives of Kansas City represented the Seller.

(November 27, 2012) 240 Main LLC sold a 59,960 square foot industrial building located at 240 Main Street, Grandview, Missouri to All Properties, LLC. Doug Hedrick, SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Seller, and the Buyer was not represented.

(November 20, 2012) Bunker Hill Trailer Park, LLC sold 8.8 acres of land located at 7703 E 40 Highway, Kansas City, Missouri to John M. Vander Haag & Amy Jo Vander Haag. Doug Hedrick, SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Buyer, and the Seller was not represented.

(December 6, 2012) Shoppes at Deer Creek Woods II, LLC sold .49 acres of land located at 135th and Metcalf to Budig Properties. Kimberly Tranbarger of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Seller, and the Buyer was not represented.

(December 14, 2012) Deborah A. Nelson sold a 8,134 square foot industrial building located at 2205 Haskell Avenue, Lawrence, Kansas to DD Equity, LLC. Kelvin Heck, SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Seller and Steve Ruttinger of Spectrum Real Estate represented the Buyer.

(December 5, 2012) Sunflower Bank sold 4,200 square feet of industrial space in units J & K at 725 N 2nd Street, Lawrence, Kansas to G6 Enterprises, LLC. Marilyn Bittenbender SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Seller, and the Buyer was not represented.

(October 2, 2012) Prime Investments, Inc. renewed 86,585 square feet of industrial space located at 10 Shawnee Avenue, Kansas City, Kansas to Thomas Nielsen Wholesale, Inc. Cameron Duff, CCIM and John Delzer of Colliers International represented the Tenant, and Paul Neal of Grindstone Industrial Properties represented the Landlord in the transaction.

(October 1, 2012) Patrick D. Kelly and Judith A. Kelly renewed 18,750 square feet of industrial space located at 519 Duck Road, Grandview, Missouri to Quality Trailer Products, LP. Doug Hedrick, SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International represented the Landlord, and the Tenant was not represented.

(May16, 2012) 96-OP Prop, LLC renewed 14,781 square feet of office space located at 8725 Rosehill Road, Lenexa, Kansas to Zillner Marketing Communications, Inc. Pat Coppinger and Matt Stover of Colliers International represented the Landlord, and the Tenant was not represented.

(April 17, 2012) Tuf Flight Industries, Inc. renewed 4,402 square feet of industrial space located at 6240 NW 63rd Street, units 5 & 6, Parkville, Missouri to RTS Water Solutions. Doug Hedrick, SIOR CCIM of Colliers International represented the Landlord, and the Tenant was not represented.

(November 30, 2012) Kenneth J. and Louise M. Barr, LLC leased 4,400 square feet of industrial space located at 7225 – 7229 W 161st Street, Overland Park, Kansas to Starr Properties, LLC. Kimberly Tranbarger and Tom Haverty of Colliers International represented the Landlord, and Andrew Osman of ARO Real Estate, LLC represented the Tenant in the transaction.

(May 5, 2012) 96 – Op Prop, LLC leased 4,364 square feet of office space located at 8700 State Line Road, Leawood, Kansas to Spring Venture Group, LLC. Pat Coppinger and Matt Stover of Colliers International represented the Landlord, and Dan Durkin of Block Real Estate Services, LLC represented the Tenant in the transaction.

(November 15, 2012) Edelweiss Development Limited Company leased 4,075 square feet of office space located at 15700 College Boulevard, Overland Park, Kansas to Trading Institute. Evan Warwick and Tom Haverty of Colliers International represented the Tenant, and Debora Fields of Zimmer Real Estate represented the Landlord in the transaction.

(November 27, 2012) Robert R. & Jane S. Hopkins, Trustees and Matthew A Buchmann, Trustee leased 1,875 square feet of retail space located at 2540 Iowa, Suite G, to CosmoProf. Allison Vance Moore of Colliers International represented the Landlord and Tiffany Lyman of RED Brokerage, LLC represented the Tenant in the transaction.

(October 10, 2012) Board of Trade Investment Company renewed 1,187 square feet of office space located at 4800 Main, Kansas City, Missouri to Sonas Financial Group, Inc. Pat Coppinger and Matt Stover of Colliers International represented the Landlord, and Gary O’Dell of Jones Lang Lasalle represented the Tenant in transaction.

(June 27, 2012) KCBS, LLC leased 1,596 square feet of industrial space located at 6309 NW Kelly Drive, Unit 2, Parkville, Missouri to Baja Image. Doug Hedrick, SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International represented the Landlord, and the Tenant was not represented.

(September 28, 2012) Board of Trade Investment Company renewed 897 square feet of office space located at 4800 Main, Kansas City, Missouri to JP Morgan Securities, LLC. Pat Coppinger and Matt Stover of Colliers International represented the Landlord, and Chris Wally of Wally & Company represented the Tenant in the transaction.
