Colliers International Announces Recent Transactions

KANSAS CITY, Missouri (December 5, 2012) – Colliers International, a leading global real estate services and investment firm, today announced the following transactions.

Sales

(November 19, 2012) Indian Creek Land and Investment Company, LP sold 0.99 acres of land located at 107th and Roe Avenue, Overland Park, Kansas to Freddy’s. Mark Arensberg and Doug Weltner of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Seller. The Buyer was not represented.

(October 25, 2012) Woodland Development Company LLC sold 0.9 acres of land located at 14760 W 119th Street, Olathe, Kansas to NDIRA, Inc. FBO Jason Brin IRA. John Stafford, CCIM of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Buyer. The Seller was not represented.

(November 16, 2012) Randall E. Presley Trust sold a 38,121 retail building located at 5901 NW Barry Road, Kansas City, Missouri to F.J.F. Company, LLC. Dan Bourk of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Seller. The Buyer was not represented.

(November 13, 2012) Midwest Realty Corporation sold a 26,967 square foot retail building located at 535 Westport Road, Kansas City, Missouri to Series C, LLC. Pat Coppinger and Anita Bates of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Seller. The Buyer was not represented.

(November 9, 2012) BP Market Square, LLC sold a 10,465 square foot retail building located at 3660 West 135th Street, Leawood, Kansas to Sunrise Landing LLC. Kimberly Tranbarger and Mark Arensberg of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Seller and Phil James, SIOR of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Buyer.

(August 29, 2012) Wise El Santo Company sold a 10,450 square foot industrial building located at 15101 W 110th Street, Lenexa, Kansas to RamAir, Inc. John Stafford, CCIM of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Seller. The Buyer was not represented.

Leases

(October 29, 2012) RREEF America REIT II Corporation YYY renewed 9,903 square feet of industrial space located at 9880 Pflumm, Lenexa, Kansas to APCom Power, Inc. John Stafford, CCIM of Colliers International represented the Tenant, and Eric H. Lund of NAI Capital Realty represented the Landlord in the transaction.

(November 1, 2012) Cedar Tree Real Estate, LLC leased 7,654 square feet of retail space located at the NWC of 58 Highway, Belton, Missouri to Aaron’s Rents. Dan Bourk and Mark Arensberg of Colliers International represented the Landlord in the transaction. The Tenant was not represented.

(November 1, 2012) Forcy, Inc. leased 6,720 square feet of industrial space located at 2516 Pennway, Kansas City, Missouri to Tanner’s Customs & Collisions, LLC. Bob Galamba SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International represented the Landlord in the transaction. The Tenant was not represented.

(November 9, 2012) Fourth Generation LLC leased 3,903 square feet of office space located at 1600 Baltimore, Kansas City, Missouri to Apex Engineers. Evan Warwick of Colliers International represented the Landlord in the transaction, and the Tenant was RED Brokerage.

(November 20, 2012) Kansas City Life Insurance Company leased 2,887 square feet of office space located at 3100 Broadway, Kansas City, Missouri to Saint Luke’s Cardiovascular Consultants. Phil James, SIOR and Adam Tilton of Colliers International represented the Landlord in the transaction. The tenant was not represented.

(October 29, 2012) Charles E. Lynn leased 2,500 square feet of industrial space located at 2411 Ponderosa, Suite B, Lawrence, Kansas to MSM Communication Systems, Inc. Marilyn Bittenbender of Colliers International represented the Landlord in the transaction. The Tenant was not represented.

(October 30, 2012) Ward Parkway Shopping Center leased 2,181 square feet of retail space located at 8600 Ward Parkway, Kansas City, Missouri to Firehouse Subs. Mark Arensberg of Colliers International represented the Tenant in the transaction. The Landlord was not represented.

(November 8, 2012) Orchards Corner I expanded an additional 1,300 square feet of retail space located at 1410 Kasold, Suite A-6 to Head Masters Salon. Allison Vance Moore of Colliers International represented the Landlord in the transaction. The Tenant was not represented.
