Starlight Theatre Academy introduces Frosty Fridays Dec. 21 and 28

Starlight Theatre Academy is offering students ages 6-12 the opportunity to warm up their imaginations during Frosty Fridays, December 21 and 28 at Starlight Theatre, 4600 Starlight Road.

During Frosty Fridays, participants will embark on a one- or two-day journey through the world of theatre. Led by theatre professionals, campers will spend the mornings moving through stations that focus on theatre games, storytelling, movement, dance and song, plus some crafting. Campers will spend the afternoons creating a piece of live theatre to present to an audience of fellow students. Each Friday will be a different experience.

Frosty Fridays is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Check-in will begin at 8 a.m. Participants must bring a sack lunch. Morning and afternoon snacks will be provided. The cost is $45 for one day or $81 for both days (a 10 percent savings). Before care is available from 7:30 a.m. to 8 a.m. for an additional $5 per day. After care is available from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. for an additional $15 per day.
