Local artist and photographer Tiffany N. Cody participating in new exhibition

Kansas City, KS - Tiffany N. Cody, artist and owner of YBM Photography, has been asked to participate with noted Kansas City Painter, Jamil B. Lee in an art event, entitled Two Sides To A Story. The art event will be held on December 1st 2012 at 7pm, in the Town House Gallery. This is Tiffany N. Cody’s first Kansas City exhibition, and curator Jamil B. Lee's first showing in the roll of curator at Town House Gallery.

About Two Sides to a Story

The Two Sides to a Story event will be held at the Town House Gallery, located at 1021 N. 7th Street, Kansas City KS. The Two Sides to a Story event will be a great evening of hors d'oeuvres, beautiful photography, painting and music. St. Louis Jazz vocalist, Jazzlyn Strickland will be providing entertainment.

Newly appointed curator Jamil B. Lee is excited about the event, anxious to have others view Cody's artist talent. “The Town House Gallery is a test base for new raw talent to get their start,” said Lee, “I saw (Cody's) work though various social media outlets and said ‘I have to work with her.' I very excited for her and can’t wait for others to see her talent.”

Artist Tiffany N. Cody will be showing various pieces from three of her most recent projects: “Those Old Albums”, “My Mass Street” and “Spirit Filled”. Lee will be interpreting some of the pieces telling “two sides of a story”.

"I started to pursue my life long dream to become a photographer after being laid off a year ago,” noted Cody, “I always did this as a part time gig but decided that the time was perfect to do something that I always dreamed of. One and half years later, I am doing my first show. I am blessed.”

Tiffany runs Your Blessed Moments Photography (YBM), which was originally launched in 2003 in Augusta, GA. “Now launching in the midwest, Tiffany is excited to build relationships with a a new set of customers who will benefit from her unique and creative portrait options,” explains the website.
