The moments that make a difference Inaugural Ball

A day’s worth of events in Wichita, Kansas will offer an alternative for people who can’t travel to Washington, D.C. to witness Incumbent President Barack Obama’s Inauguration. The Obama Kansas Historical Inaugural Ball Committee, organized in 2007 by the Obama Kansas Change Committee, has set January 21, 2013 to host the Inaugural events that are expected to feature church services, lunch, and television viewing. We are soliciting, Topeka and Wyandotte, and other counties to join Wichita in this Historical celebration. The Inaugural Ball will be held at Holiday Inn, 549 South Rock Road Wichita, Kansas 67207. Ticket Prices are as follows: Singles- $100.00, Couples- $167.00, and Corporate Sponsored table of 8- $1496.00. Organizers said it is imperative for the State Of Kansas to show its support. Reservations must be received by January 10, 2013, as there is limited seating. “Due to the fact President Obama’s roots and Heritage are from Kansas like our other Kansas President Eisenhower, we want to give that honor and respect” Jean Carter-Boniface, A.R.M said, the Committee hopes a diverse group of people will participate, and All Candidates of Kansas and surrounding areas will participate. Sean McDonald, Chairperson states, “This is a big undertaking”.
