Kansas City Symphony Hosts TubaChristmas 2009 on Friday, December 4
TubaChristmas 2009 will be hosted by The Kansas City Symphony on Friday, December 4. This event will be one of 240 TubaChristmas concerts presented around the United States in tribute to the late artist/teacher William J. Bell, born on Christmas Day 1902. The TubaChristmas ensemble performs traditional Christmas carols and songs, many of which were arranged by noted American composer Alec Wilder, who ironically died on Christmas Eve, 1980. The memories of Bell and Wilder are celebrated in the annual performances of TubaChristmas groups around the nation.

National Study Reveals Importance of the Professional Endorsement
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – In these tough economic times when budgets are shrinking but expectations for increased sales and market share are not, marketers must make sure every marketing dollar is spent as wisely as possible. Key to accomplishing this is to make sure marketers are not just delivering the right message, but delivering that message through the media and channels of communications that are most influential to their targeted consumers.

Self Storage Finders: Connecting Prospective Renters to Storage Owners
Selfstoragefinders.com is an online self storage directory which launched in April of 2008. The site offers a unique way to connect prospective renters and owners. Prior to Selfstoragefinders.com a prospective renter would have to search for storage units in the phone book, leaving them looking at outdated data and high prices. Selfstoragefinders.com eliminates these problems by offering renters the ability to find multiple storage facilities quickly and easily. The displayed results benefit both prospective tenants and owners.

IED threats
IED threats evolve relentlessly. IEDs can be created out of almost anything and the triggering method constantly changes. An IED is only limited by the bomber imagination and capabilities. Remote control gadget of all type are used for remote activation of improvised explosive devices including car alarms, key fobs, door bells, remotes for toy cars, garage door openers, cell phones, and FRS and GMRS two way radios. Remote control devices allow the enemy to watch from a distance and not be compromised.
Roadside bombs, armor piercing charges, suicide bombers and vehicle-borne IEDs (VBIED) are now considered no longer tactical but strategic threats. Many nations face threats in conflict zones and in homeland security. The devastating effects of IEDs on patrolling troops and convoys, and the increasing terror threat to homeland security are forcing many countries that have had no previous experience with counter IED to prepare for future threats
Next generation technologies must tackle the spiraling variety of IED detonation techniques requiring “out of the box” thinking and fresh innovative approaches.
Netline Communications Technologies (NCT) ltd. Based in Tel Aviv, Israel, specializes in counter-IED warfare. Since 1998, Netline has developed, manufactured and sold fully programmable RF communication jamming and detection systems for the world’s leading military units, police forces and government agencies.
Netline’s modular software defined radio (SDR) platform RF jammer is future-proof, ensuring that the equipment can be upgraded at any time in the future to incorporate new technologies and threats. As terrorist’s methods of triggering IEDs evolves and mutates, Netline’s new IED jammer system offers much more powerful and flexible architecture to quickly react and adapt to new threats.
