Join three friends as they invite you into the wonderful world of “Christmas at My House- Melodies and Memories.” Corbin Theatre presents this nostalgic look at “Christmas Past” as Dick Brown, Bill Grace, and Larry Harman reminisce about their favorite Christmas memories. The production will be at 7:00 p.m. Thursday and Friday, December 3 and 4 at the historic Corbin Theatre, 15 N. Water St., Liberty, MO.
“Some of my favorite stories involve growing up in the Concordia, MO area and its rich German heritage. I’m going to remember them with events at my Father’s Barber shop and, of course, some German carols,” said Grace.
Dick Brown, a well known Kansas City actor, adds, “I have some special memories about caroling on the Country Club Plaza and recall certain Christmas traditions that just seem to stay with me—I want to share them.”
“It will be a special time for me to share my favorite Christmas songs and maybe even tell a few Christmas stories of my own,” said Harman, a regular at Corbin’s Jazz on the Square. “We want people to recall their favorite holiday times as we travel down our own memory lane. I think it will be fun!” he added.
Light refreshments will be available at the performances. Tickets are $10 and may be obtained at By the Book, 4 N Main St on the Square in Liberty, MO. For more information call 816-476-2705 or go to www.corbintheatre.org.
