The tradition of Strotherfest continues-
A celebration of community, family and everything Americana!

Paradise Park welcomes Strotherfest 2009 on Friday, July 31st and Saturday, Aug.1st (Official schedule attached below.) Strotherfest organizers refused to allow the lagging economy and a timid sponsor pool to stifle a community tradition in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. Partnering with Paradise Park gave Strotherfest 2009 a new spin and just the foundation the event needed to carry on.
This year continues the tradition as a family environment that is fun for all ages at Paradise Park including all of its attractions. For this special event, the Max Pak ticket (typically $25) will be offered at discounted $20 rate including all-day access to most Paradise Park fun-filled indoor and outdoor attractions (including go-karts, bumper cars, miniature golf and rock-climbing wall). For those folks who would like to enjoy only the outdoor Strotherfest attractions – the tastiest festival food and coolest beverages you could imagine, the annual custom car show, plus on-stage live entertainment featuring a new attraction this year “Beyond the Summit – Battle of the Bands”, the special attraction ticket is only $5. Strotherfest is in its 3rd year of celebrating the history of Lee's Summit, or as it was known over 100 years ago, "The Town of Strother". Come and celebrate the history of Lee’s Summit at one of its most recognized family attractions.
