Friday, Nov. 13th will have an advantage in the selection process
ST. LOUIS, MO., NOV. 6, 2009– Entrepreneurial growth companies interested in presenting their business plans at the 2010 InvestMidwest Venture Capital Forum have just one week left to submit their applications by the early application deadline of Friday, Nov. 13. To be considered for participation in the Midwest’s premier venture capital event, which is set for March 24-25 in St. Louis, companies must submit their applications by the final deadline of Jan. 8, 2010. However, those who submit their applications by the early deadline will have an advantage in being selected to present their business plans to an audience of the nation’s top venture capitalists, corporate and private investors, and investment bankers.

Kansas City Symphony Begins Holiday Season with Handel's Messiah
(KANSAS CITY) – The Kansas City Symphony marks the beginning of the holiday season with Handel’s Messiah on Thanksgiving weekend. The Kansas City Symphony and Chorus join with the Independence Messiah Choir for this mosaic of the scriptures, which remains Handel’s most famous work.
