Phelps Murdock, former President and CEO of Bridging The Gap, announced his resignation effective November 3. Murdock will continue to coordinate with Bridging The Gap (BTG) for a smooth management transition. BTG’s Board of Directors has determined that the interim leadership of the organization will be comprised of the senior management team, which includes Kevin Chafin, Kristin Riott and Becki DeRusseau, all long-term BTG staffers. A search for a new executive will be initiated after the first the year.
