Mid America Pastel Society hosts Plein Air Paint event

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – For the third year in a row, the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) steel bridge team has won first place in the regional finals of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Steel Bridge Competition. The 2008 competition was held at the University of Arkansas at Fayette and included teams from the University of Kansas, University of Nebraska, University of Missouri-Columbia, University of Oklahoma and Missouri University of Science and Technology.
