McKay Fashion Show Raises Thousands for Local Environmental Work
Kate McKay’s eco-friendly fashion designs at the Second Kate McKay Fashion Show ranged from pieces evoking the second-hand material they were made from – like a dress with long flowing sleeves created from a curtain – to others recreating current styles from repurposed pieces. Either way, this high school senior’s passion for the environment made a stunning debut in both words and fabric. McKay stated that she made a difference “the only way I knew how: by sewing.”

I am so upside down in my investment property.
To set the scene, about one or two years ago 1,000s of investors found some really great deals on properties that they could buy, renovate, and resell. (Some bought to rent) They put 5% to 10% down or through hard money rehab loans and refinance, may have bought with no money down. Based on the economy of the day, the buy was a great deal.

The Great Social Media Experiment
Why this experiment?
Everyone is talking about it and you can't ignore it. We understand the value of social media for retail or product-based business, but here at REACTOR, we are skeptical if there is any true value or ROI in utilizing social media networks for a service-based business. Is it worth the time commitment or is it just another fad waiting to blow over?

KC Company Announces New Product That Improves Food Safety by Reducing Restroom Bacterial Cross Contamination
(Kansas City, MO) July, 2009 - Restroom Guardian recently developed a new revolutionary environmental infection control product to greatly improve food safety by reducing restroom bacterial cross contamination and proactively disinfecting restrooms. It is no surprise; restrooms are a haven for many potentially dangerous bacterial microorganisms. Many types and classes of bacteria, including E. coli, C. difficile, enterococci and staphylococci can be found in any restroom and can cause a serious potentially life-threatening infection. These last two classes of bacteria account for the great majority of infections contacted by consumers and patients, which, even when treatable with antibiotics, can carry high mortality rates.
